# Gigabits to Kilobits Conversion Table

 Gb  =  1048576 Kb

# How to convert from Gigabits to Kilobits

Since 1 gigabit is equal to 1048576 kilobits, we could say that n gigabits are equal to 1048576 times n kilobits. In other words, we could use the following formula:

kilobits = gigabits x 1048576

For example, let's say that we want to convert 2 gigabits to kilobits. Then, we just replace gigabits in the abovementioned formula with 2:

kilobits = 2 x 1048576

That is, 2 gigabits are equal to 2097152.0 kilobits.
