# Micrograms to Nanograms Conversion Table

 µg  =  1000 ng

# How to convert from Micrograms to Nanograms

Since 1 microgram is equal to 1000 nanograms, we could say that n micrograms are equal to 1000 times n nanograms. In other words, we could use the following formula:

nanograms = micrograms x 1000

For example, let's say that we want to convert 2 micrograms to nanograms. Then, we just replace micrograms in the abovementioned formula with 2:

nanograms = 2 x 1000

That is, 2 micrograms are equal to 2000.0 nanograms.
